The multi-site help desk management capabilities provide each client with their own Active Directory authentication for security. You can also easily browse all your open help tickets in the same place, auto-assign tickets to your team based on client, create detailed reports, and more! IT’s on the go! Open, close, assign, and even respond to help desk tickets right from your mobile device, all with a few simple text commands.
