Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The AI voice assistant on My Country Mobile is quite useful. It answers simple questions from leads, takes calls around the clock, and even sets up appointments for me without me having to do anything. I set it up quickly, and it's caught a lot of questions that I would have missed otherwise. It feels like you have another team member. The automation features cut down our manual workload and keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. The interface is easy for new agents to get comfortable with, and onboarding required almost no training. Call recordings and transcriptions give our supervisors better clarity when reviewing conversations. Overall, the platform fits well into our daily workflow and supports the pace at which our team operates. Cons The voice tone options are good, but could add more accents The reporting section could use a bit more flexibility for custom data views.
