	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Good tool for site analysis, allows you to heatmap and understand geographies in an intuitive interface. An intuitive tool to track user activity and helps build a better user interface for clients. Using this platform is very simple and affordable. Very simple to deploy in business. Cons Though the interface is good, data wise it seems to have missed some interactions, but overall caught most. Overall it's worked outstanding activity report tool.
