	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to integrate, user-friendly interface, reasonable price, decent features, and good customer service. It is easy to use and provides helpful insights. Live session recordings can be accessed anytime and heatmaps are available until manually deleted. Session replay feature allow me to find out what was wrong with my website visitors. What challenges they were facing. It's great tool allow us to view Sessions as well as Heatmap. Easy to set up, simple dashboard, session recordings and analytics, surveys & polls, and heatmaps. Good customer service and support team. Reasonable price, decent features, and good customer service. Survey & Feedback Tools are great to use. Cons Session recordings cannot be customized. Otherwise good tool. I didn’t find any downsides to using WebMaxy. Good for me! None. They can have Live Session feature where we can view live user session interaction. I’ve got no cons in my mind. Their free plan is good for trial. Session recordings are not configurable. No other cons for me.
