Audience

Developers, AI engineers, and data teams across startups, agencies, and enterprises in industries such as e-commerce, market research, finance, recruitment, real estate, and AI/ML- any organisation that needs reliable, large-scale web data without managing its own scraping infrastructure.

About Gaffa

Gaffa is a web scraping and browser automation API that gives developers full, real-browser control with a single API call no headless browsers, proxies, CAPTCHA handling, or scaling infrastructure to manage. JavaScript rendering is handled by default, so pages load exactly as they would for a real visitor.

Gaffa supports web scraping, AI-powered structured data extraction, screenshot capture, PDF export, infinite-scroll handling, form filling, and converting any webpage into clean, LLM-ready Markdown for AI and RAG pipelines. A rotating residential proxy network ensures reliable access across geographies with automatic anti-bot bypass.

Credits are charged only for actual browser execution time and bandwidth used, with no fixed infrastructure costs.

Pricing

Starting Price:
$20 per 5000 credits
Pricing Details:
Gaffa uses a simple credit-based pricing model. Plans start at $20 for 5,000 credits, with no subscription lock-in. Credits cover both browser execution time (1 credit per 30 seconds of runtime) and residential proxy bandwidth (750 credits per GB). A typical browser session, combining short execution time with low proxy bandwidth costs, costs around 3 credits, so 5,000 credits covers roughly 1,600+ typical sessions. All new accounts also receive 500 free credits to get started, no credit card required.

    "Served our purpose perfectly"

Pros: Super reliable and straightforward tool. Refined set of features and clear documentation. Our setup couldn't have been much faster and we've not had any issues with the tool in over a year!

Cons: There's nothing particular to note so far and I believe the product is continuously improved

Overall: If you're looking for a non-bloated and reliable web scraper, capable of accessing web pages that other tools (e.g. AI) are blocked by, Gaffa makes this simple. Compared to other web scraping tools it's a dream to setup and use.

    "So easy to use"

    Posted 2026-04-30

Pros: Our system was using a more expensive competing product, but Gaffa made the transition simple and seamless. We are primarily using it to print PDF reports from our site, but plan to expand its use to other parts of our product and processes.

Cons: What's not to like? Our use case may not be the most complicated, but it just works!

Overall: Gaffa is a really solid service. It’s easy to get started, and everything feels thoughtfully put together. The tools are flexible, which saved us quite a bit of time.

What stood out most was how smooth the overall experience is—from setup through to actually using it day-to-day. It feels reliable, and the interface makes it easy to see what’s going on without digging around. Definitely a good option if you want something that just works without a steep learning curve and clear value for money.

    "Versatile and easy to use"

    Posted 2026-04-28

Pros: Very easy to get going! Really expressive API. Saved me a lot of time and allowed me to do just what I needed in terms of interacting with sites and getting data back in the right way. Also the dashboard where you can see your previous requests is really useful when debugging!

Cons: I needed to use the residential proxies for some of the sites I wanted to interact with, and those are quite expensive.

Overall: Really good experience! I'd always found scraping a pain, but this made it much easier. Definitely worth the cost.
