Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The Zaius tool has provided us with an optimal communication management with our clients, it has different channels of diffusion to be able to provide a greater extension of the message. Likewise, it allows us to establish excellently structured messages through predetermined templates that adapt to almost any user. Zaius offers us communication tools providing us with templates and comprehensive support to elaborate well-designed and structured messages to send them through different channels affiliated with the application to effectively reach your customers and potential customers. Created by digital commerce and marketing professionals, Zaius through PR management offers an option to streamline and automate your platforms by sending pre-destined, timely and effective messages through various digital channels to expand your opportunities and exponentially fast growth. Cons It seems to us that the application lacks important features such as allowing us to conduct online surveys for customers or general evaluation to assess our performance and quality of service or product and thus give us the opportunity to take corrective actions or different marketing strategies for potential customers. Although it has tools to determine and reach your potential customers, this application does not allow us to set aside functionalities such as conducting surveys to potential customers or an automated evaluation for these potential customers to manage timely strategies for effective communication. Zaius does not have important features such as notifications of the processes being performed or updates of your portals based on the application. At the same time it does not offer a reporting service or statistics of the data collected through the analysis done in data collection campaigns.
