Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love that it integrates with Salesforce to help me know how customers are connecting with our content. The application has tools to capture potential customers through communication mechanisms by means of A/B tests that provide a greater relationship between consumers, it also has a customizable usability that adapts to any need that our customers may have through the company's website. Marketo is one of the best software to make your marketing strategies. With tons of great features and resources, it stands out from other software available in the market. It is very easy to operate and robust. Also, integration with the Software development life cycle makes it more helpful, and managing marketing campaigns become much easier. It helps to create powerful campaigns on different marketing platforms. It helps to increase conversion rate. Makes it easy to communicate and understand their needs. Email integrated support to interact and send promotional emails. 1) It's easy to run marketing campaigns with this software. 2) It shows real-time reporting and analysis. 3) It can accommodate our large database and automate our processes. Cons Integrating anything with Salesforce can be a challenge. I wish it showed a little more in the widgets on the Salesforce end. It does not have a notification section when potential customers are found, which sometimes generates a loss of opportunities within the market. Similarly, it does not provide an optimal evaluation in which these potential customers can be used to develop strategies and capture interests. I have been using this in my current company for around a year now, but I have not found any issues with this software. I never encountered any problem with this platform. Not at all. I loved it's every features and everything is well designed.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros What I love about this software is the level of customizability that you have when building out marketing emails and how easy it is to test these emails by sending test emails or checking out the pre test flights. I am used to coding my own emails so I like that there is an option to either drop in your own code or use a template. The templates are very simple but they work across a variety of different email clients. I also like that I can manage both my email campaigns and social media out of one location. Ability to track and provide reports. Integrates with SalesForce. Tracks social and web clicks. Responsive team. No coding hassle, simple drag and drop marketing solution. I can watch user analytics about clicks and campaign activity. Best for small and mid enterprises business. Scheduling if emails are a great addition. Cons The only thing about this software I would improve is that on the HTML side everything is created within nested tables, which I do not prefer and leads to small hiccup errors. Emfluence does not have very detailed reporting features; they will work for most everyone, but for my company, it requires a lot of editing. Takes some time to get acquainted with user interface and understand where functions are located. I never encountered any problem with this platform.
