Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I have used Mailchimp for many years. When we launched our platform for camp ground and outdoor adventure parks a few years back I defaulted to using Mailchimp because of my experience with their platform. It has matured a lot over the years but it still remains very easy to use with drag and drop email templates, sequences, and has much stronger contact management capabilities than when I first started with the tool. Mailchimp is easy to set up and add contacts to. The AI and automated templates provided are helpful. Suggestions given about sentences and titles are very useful. Mailchimp is extremely intuitive and easy to use and we've never had a major issue. The email builder is so easy to use and does everything you'd hope it would. Simple to format and send large group emails/updates. Including a branding kit for Church logos and fonts would be great and bulk deletion of uploads would be helpful. I don’t like much right now about Mailchimp. We have tried to contact you via chat and online without a response at all about why not we cannot add photographs to our emails anymore. We used to be able to use that feature. Cons You do have to pay based on total contacts so even as people unsubscribe you can end up paying for people you can't market to. But you also can't remove them from your list as you need to be able to track their unsubscribe data in case it is questioned in the future. Slightly more suited to American consumers. But easy to adapt for NZ. Some of the audience management functions could be a bit easier to use, especially when you have duplicates who have an incorrect email address and a correct one--it would be great to flag those. If it had a convert to print format feature, I would be hooked! To be able to generate printed church Bulletins from the weekly email would be amazing!!! I don’t like your lack of response. We have tried to reach you via chat and an email.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing. I find nothing positive or helpful about this company. Their English skills are weak and find it very difficult to communicate. Their conduct indicates to me that something is going on but as of yet I cannot identify it. Nothing so far... If you want your business to fail host with Turbify. I don't have a demanding website or difficult email needs, so it does those fine. I designed my own website, and don't require Turbify to do much of anything. NONE. THERE IS NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. NOTHING! Cons Turbify is an Indian company. The pretend they are in Rockville MD but as a practical matter they are in India. They are not honest about their billing practice. They send me email and call me saying there i a billing issue and there is something wrong with the credit card I gave. We go online and open my account together. I click on the payment tab wit them on the phone and the payment goes right through. I do not know what scam they are pulling but clearly something is up. I need to ditch this company ASAP. Customer support does not know what they are doing. Their servers don't function properly. Therefore you lose business. Turbify did 3 significant rate increases in the last 18 months totalling a 75% increase! No notifications or explanations provided, so I don't know if more price increases are coming until I'm forced to leave. WORST COMPANY EVER - INCREASING RATES EVERY THREE MONTHS RANDOMLY. Someone needs to investigate this company to check if it is a fraud. Not sure why YAHOO was so irresponsible to randomly transfer us over to TURBIFY. Turbify or should I say Turdify, email hasn't worked with outlook for more than a month and this is a known issue. There are imap server issues which they still haven't fixed and blame Microsoft. I didn't select Turdify as a provider. I purchased a hosting package with Yahoo several years ago and Verizon bought Yahoo which then sold their email services to Turdify. If I wouldn't lose 100,000 stored emails, I would change providers.
