Advanced reporting and automation are more limited compared to larger enterprise CRMs, and highly complex workflows may require workarounds. Teams looking for deep native marketing automation or heavy customization at the enterprise level may find Nutshell intentionally streamlined rather than exhaustive. There are too many features and settings and it can get very confusing. Sometimes buggy. Pages can freeze up but resolves itself with page refresh.
