About

Neo Agent is an AI technician for managed service providers, built to work alongside the team inside the PSA. It reads the ticket, checks similar tickets, playbooks, and documentation, makes the call, runs the fix, and closes the loop. Neo is designed as a new kind of automation for MSPs: not a bigger rulebook, not fragile scripts, and not legacy RPA that requires constant mapping maintenance. Instead, it acts like a human L1 technician that joins the service desk, helping speed up ticket resolution, automate PSA and RMM workflows, and keep communications on-brand and consistent. Neo can analyze tickets, communicate with users, take action on behalf of the team, and execute workflows that are triggered or scheduled for repetitive tasks such as ticket triage, dispatching, and routine manual work. It integrates with PSA systems, RMM tools, documentation systems, marketplaces, Microsoft 365, and Azure to automate ticket management, synchronize client data, and more.
