	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Having all our millions of documents centralized and stored into one single place has kept us more organized and productive as a team across our organization. Its search engine capability has enabled us to gain access to specific documents we need fast and easy. We have access to documents from any device at anytime, which increases flexibility. Furthermore, its seamless integration with other tools we use like Microsoft Word increases our productivity. It stores the latest version of documents, which simplifies our work. It is a great tool with tons of features that helps in document management. Cons We have been able to cut down on costs, paper and managed to transform our company into a paperless office. I have nothing negative to say about it.
