Cons: I didn't see any challenge or short coming so far.

Overall: We tried the big-name tools first and they were just overwhelming — endless lookups, screens for things we never needed, half the features in the way of actually getting work done. Vaiz kept it short and simple. We got our team running on it fast and it's stayed out of our way ever since — around ten people, a bunch of projects, hundreds of tasks, no mess.

But honestly the biggest thing is the support. Vlad from Vaiz was always there to work with us — actually listening, actually helping, not a ticket queue. That kind of hands-on support is rare and it made all the difference.

If you're a startup that wants something that just works without the bloat, Vaiz has everything you need.

Pros: Vaiz has significantly improved the way I work with meetings and documents. The AI-generated summaries are clear, well-structured, and easy to review. It saves a lot of time by highlighting the key points and action items, and the interface is intuitive and easy to use.

Cons: There are still a few features I'd like to see, such as more customization options for summaries and additional integrations with third-party tools. Overall, however, the product continues to improve.

Overall: My overall experience with Vaiz has been very positive. It helps reduce the amount of manual work after meetings and makes it much easier to organize information and share it with colleagues. The biggest benefit is clarity: everyone can see what needs to be done, who owns it, and where the related context lives. It is especially helpful when a team wants structure without spending too much time setting up a complicated system. It still has room to improve on advanced workflows and integrations, but for daily project tracking and team coordination, the experience feels smooth and practical.

Pros: Vaiz is much more than a task management tool

After the chaos of running a startup with nothing but Google Docs, Notion, and pure enthusiasm, we finally moved to a proper task tracker.

Cons: Still not enough direct integrations, and no Zapier integration.

Overall: What impressed us the most is how supportive the Vaiz team is toward startups:

It's a true all-in-one workspace that combines the functionality of Jira, Notion, Confluence, and other platforms.

Compared to larger platforms, where we spent weeks trying to reach someone who could actually make decisions, the difference is huge.

Pros: I have been using this service for more two years, and it's been a great experience. Before using it, it was much harder to keep track of what everyone on my team was working on. Now I can easily see who's responsible for each task, where things are getting stuck, and how we can improve our processes. It has really helped our team stay organized and work more efficiently

Pros: What I like most about Vaiz is how it’s built to eliminate the constant switching between different tools for tasks, notes, planning, and collaboration. Everything feels thoughtfully combined in one clean workspace.
I’m impressed by the strong set of features: customizable task boards, documents, Gantt charts, dashboards, automation, and AI assistance. Vaiz does a great job focusing on simplicity while still supporting the needs of growing teams. The interface looks modern, organized, and intuitive — making it a refreshing, lightweight alternative to heavier platforms like Jira or Confluence.
The all-in-one approach really stands out. Having tasks, files, documentation, history, and collaboration tools all together makes work much smoother and more efficient. It also feels flexible enough for different types of teams, I used mostly for marketing. In one of my company we used Jira and in another we used Click up, but they are an overkill most of the time or not flexible enough.

Cons: Some advanced reporting and analytics features feel a bit basic compared to more mature tools.
And the ecosystem of third-party integrations is still growing but they are working very fast and they are responsive to clients requests.

Overall: Overall, I am very happy with Vaiz. It looks like a promising solution for teams that want better visibility, smoother collaboration, and fewer disconnected tools. It’s a practical, modern workspace that’s much easier to adopt than traditional enterprise platforms. I’d recommend it especially for small to mid-sized teams and start ups that needs to keep an eye on the wallet too.

Pros: The website responds instantly to every click, which removes the frustrating friction of waiting for pages to load. You can easily adjust the entire setup to fit your specific needs instead of being forced into a rigid, pre-defined structure. The interface is simple enough that anyone can start managing tasks immediately without needing a manual or a long onboarding process. Its clean and modern design keeps the focus entirely on your work by cutting out all the unnecessary visual clutter. The support is amazing too.

Pros: We really like the Kanban board here. And support team is really good. Good UX (I especially like some features with fast task movement and changing their parameters)

Cons: The only thing I would like to fix so far is moving around the screen when there are a lot of blocks (sections). Now it's done at 4 out of 5 in my opinion

Overall: Good app for our team. We manage all our tasks there now. We use the Kanban board the most - it's really convenient
