Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's not a fly by night company. The UI is clean with a short learning curve compared to most ESP. Their unique feature is multi-brand management, normally others let you manage only one brand per account. Cons The platform is really buggy, unstable and unreliable. Some features are still missing, like a/b testing, granular permissions(roles) for teammates, more languages, Tags, more direct integrations and cheaper Zapier alternatives, etc.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros SendX has a great capability to deliver bulk newsletters at one click. Easy to implement on existing marketing platform. Supports A to Z customization in email layout. The platform user interface is simple. We are using SendX for quite a long time. We really enjoy its drip marketing method. It saves lots of time for us. The analytics provides everything ( from sending process to clicks and email open event ). Campaign management is easy. The best thing I experienced about SendX is its campaign creator. The dashboard interface is totally clean and organized. As I compare with other marketing tools you can easily target special groups of audiences in different campaigns. It is powerful and simple to get started. SendX is easy to implement and onboard. It offers many features that make you marketing above your expectations. On the positive side, it's easy to customize layouts, no code required to build templates. Easily manages mass email lists. I really appreciate it's email automation to schedule at anytime SendX makes every campaign email more professional than other email marketing tools. It allows me to send mass group of emails at once. The interface is streamlined and easy for email marketing. The analytics gives a complete summary of my campaign. Cons I had a smooth experience with SendX. No downside experienced. In my experience analytics data is not in real-time. The drag and drop option and design are very limited. Overall it's good. I don't like its reports or analytics. Very less information was provided. Nothing so far. It's the best for email marketing.
