Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Incredible levels of control and visibility, solid backup and security monitoring; very helpful AI throughout the platform if we’re stuck on what needs fixing and how to fix it, simple portal for non-technical staff. Cons Occasionally the detail is more than a non-technical user needs, however I understand this is geared as luck towards service providers as it is direct client consumers like ourselves.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The admin side is easy to use and set up new users. The users sync easily across all the systems. We can set specific groups of computers and users to more easily active new users across multiple systems. SSO is also a great feature. You can also set policies for systems which allows admins to block certain features they don't want accessed. Cons When we first started some of the policy features were not available. Also sometimes adding someone as an admin on their system temporarily, it doesn't work correctly.
