	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great CSAT tool that is easy to integrate with ConnectWise and gives your end users and easy way to let you know how you're doing. Easy to setup, instant results and it's easy for the end user to complete a survey. All the end user has to do is click an icon, i.e. happy face and so on and leave their comments on that ticket's service Cons Like anything, you can ask for more but some more reporting metrics would be good. More reporting would be great but overall, no complaints
