Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros As a small business employee with mostly working remote the ability to use our cell phone for work and keep the calls separated has been great. The voice announce feature when a call comes through so you know it is a business call verse personal is awesome. This phone system works well for our business. It is a great way to direct company calls to our remote employees! - User friendly - Simple to change settings at any time - Sets a great professional business-like tone! Cons None that I can think of at this time. That must be good. No cons for this product – really enjoyed using it! I share this service with another administrator. If I want to delete messages, it only deletes it on my device, but not completely. It still shows up on my co-worker's.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to sign up, sales and support are very responsive. I was making calls in a matter of minutes. Mobile app works great. Very easy to setup and great rates. I could not believe their low rates - compared to $25 I was paying my other provider. Their customer service guy Wander was very helpful. They moved my numbers without any issues. It is a very simple service that be setup easily, no contracts and their price is very attractive, and happy with their support. I like their features to add music on hold, announcements and free messaging between my users. Cons No outbound SMS yet, but they do have inbound SMS. None I can think of. I was concerned about moving my number, but they handled it without any issues. All phone systems take a while to get used to, but their staff was very helpful. One they showed me the portal, it was easy to use.
