Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros As a small business employee with mostly working remote the ability to use our cell phone for work and keep the calls separated has been great. The voice announce feature when a call comes through so you know it is a business call verse personal is awesome. This phone system works well for our business. It is a great way to direct company calls to our remote employees! - User friendly - Simple to change settings at any time - Sets a great professional business-like tone! Cons None that I can think of at this time. That must be good. No cons for this product – really enjoyed using it! I share this service with another administrator. If I want to delete messages, it only deletes it on my device, but not completely. It still shows up on my co-worker's.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing. Ok, I guess the price was alluring. This is an absolute ripoff. Hidden fees, misleading advertising and extra fees for services their advertising suggests is included in subscription. Cons Reliability Customer service Business integrity If the refund policy says: 30-Day Refund Window You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided: You did not use a free trial before purchasing. The refund request is not due to a refusal to complete TCR registration. Any reasonable person will read this and think there's a 30 day risk free period to trial the service. Unfortunately they don't honor this. Reviews everywhere say the same thing. Heed warning. Avoid these people like the plague....misleading advertising....wanted to try them out for a month and thought I was paying $4, instead was an entire year and refused a refund. Oh, and fully functional SMS? That'll cost you an extra $1.50 per month, which they don't mention on their website
