Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Joining organized meetings is a simple and accessible process, the screen sharing feature is very intuitive, as it allows separating the screen from the applications, making it easier to view content, and also the features offered by the host are comparable or even superior to other competing applications on the market, this ease of use not only enhances the user experience, It also fosters more effective collaboration during meetings by allowing participants to share their screen quickly and seamlessly, streamlining communication and ensuring that everyone is on the same page, which is especially valuable in remote work environments where clarity and interaction are essential to the success of any project. GoTo Meeting is the service that I have always been looking for for my company, this platform helps a lot to have a consolidated and very well organized video conference. The first thing I liked about this platform is the way in which I was able to modify the limit number of participants for each video conference, GoTo Meeting allowed me to modify the waiting page and the general design of it for people who are waiting for start the transmission of the videoconference, in addition, it has allowed me to add hosts, collaborators and sponsors to my videoconferences, I was able to modify the permissions for each of the roles and thus assign administrative permissions to the collaborators of my videoconferences. The last positive point to highlight about this platform is the stability in each video conference, I have never presented any type of interruption and the chat system during each video conference works perfectly without delays. I found it very useful to be able to have integrations with this video conferencing platform with any other platform that contains some internal company communication feature. With GoTo Meeting I have been able to start meetings without problems through the Slack platform, this allowed me to unify both platforms so I can keep communication organized within Salck and I can also do things. Video conference within Slack but with the platform and benefits that GoToMeeting gives me. Just as it is useful to be able to integrate with Slack, it is also possible to integrate calendars from different platforms such as those of Google or Office 365, giving me the advantage of being able to schedule meetings and synchronize within the calendars of these last two platforms. I can also share scheduled meetings that others can sync within their own calendars on their own chosen platforms, making it easy to organize work and meetings over video calls without having to email schedules, but instead it will only be enough to notify you in case you do not know. It has been completely safe to use GoToMeeting since it registers the devices that are used frequently and notifying me every time there is an unusual login, making it so that any intruder does not have access to my user account within this platform. This brings many benefits since we use this platform for internal communication within my company and there is sensitive information that is shared within the work environment that should not be exposed to third parties, that is why I use this platform since it provides me with greater security and various types of encryption within the communication. It is possible to take notes within GoToMeeting and then share them within my group that was within the videoconference, thus being able to save the annotations both from this platform and so that other people have the points of view that I have had. Any use can be given within the notes that can be taken within the videoconference, so there is no limitation when wanting to write something down while a videoconference is taking place. This GoTo Meeting is great, high quality, dependable, simple to use, and contains excellent and very handy features including screen and browser sharing. The reliability is excellent, which is a crucial aspect. Large meetings may be held using this more easily than with its rivals, and setting it up is also simpler. Overall I had a marvelous experience with it. This is one of the most user-friendly video conferencing software out there. It is so simple to use, and makes it a great option for people who are not necessarily the most tech savvy. Cons There seems to be an incompatibility in the audio system that proves to be inconsistent which can affect the quality of our productions, the associated costs are higher than the competition, which is the main reason why this system has not become our top choice, we have also noticed that, at times, the zoom option does not work properly, it would be very useful if, instead of simply showing zoom options, the zoom percentage could be specified, which would facilitate its use and improve the user experience. The high consumption of GoTo Meeting is a main negative factor, since this means that very few people can use this application to join our video conferences as viewers, in addition, it also makes it difficult for new users to be interested in starting video conferences within this platform due to the device they are using. Another negative aspect is that within this platform the recordings made of the video conferences are not stored, currently there is an option to record these video conferences, but these recordings are saved on the device used, not in a cloud offered by GoTo Meeting, It would be great to be able to save these recordings in a cloud provided by this platform. It does not have a facility to present the presentations within a videoconference, as other platforms do, it is a bit inconvenient since configuring two screens, one for the host and another for the presentation, tends to be a bit cumbersome. I would like the presentations to be able to be integrated into the videoconferences without obstructing the view of the host person, so it would be much more dynamic and easy to be able to make examples and explain certain things that are included in the slides more easily. This integration could be in conjunction with Microsoft PowerPoint, Prezi, Slide dog or other software for the creation of slides, it should only be possible to remove the background and add positive next to the management without interrupting anything or needing to make transitions at the moment why fiction is going to want to make a deeper explanation. At the moment I have no problems with the price of the plans that GoTo Meeting offers but I have a complaint with the number of participants that are available in each meeting since the maximum has been 300 and other platforms allow more, it would not be bad to have access to a larger capacity of participants within a meeting. Also a good suggestion is to have the ability to add more participants through a micro payment without the need to increase the plan since there are certain tools that are not used, but if they are required to increase the number of people who can enter a video conference. I'm having a problem with video quality as I can't find a place where I can have a default setting for video conferencing resolutions. Sometimes the Videos are very blurry or with pixels that bother the viewer, even if I have a bandwidth, this problem occurs occasionally and I have not found a way to establish a good quality within the video conference. This is very important to me as when I am sharing the information it is necessary that everything on the host side be readable so that the viewers can understand and if they want to make annotations that will be useful for the near future, so if I could have a feature to set video conferences to be shared in a better quality would be fine with me. On my iPad or tablet, GoTo Meeting is not always reliable because both the microphone and the video have given me trouble. When I attempted to use the link directly from my Google Calendar, I also encountered problems with it not functioning. It also has a lack of background blending in meetings. With a large group, GoTo Meeting can have a bit more issues, but they are typically fairly minor.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's simple, fast and secure to access and control devices remotely with TeamViewer. Again, it's possible to monitor and manage remote devices with TeamViewer. Likewise, it's secure to transfer files between remote devices with TeamViewer. Finally, TeamViewer provides remote IT support. For me, using TeamViewer has been absolutely magnificent, thanks to the fact that with this platform I have been able to connect remotely to any device in just a few steps. The things that I liked most about this platform were: 1- With the help of this platform, I have been able to maintain an active remote connection at any time. I must point out that the remote connection, which is totally stable, does not have any kind of drop and works perfectly on any device, which is quite helpful since I can use a mobile device or a personal computer to connect remotely to any device, regardless of the distance. I love being able to manage any computer fluidly with the help of this platform, since they do not have any kind of delay in their use. 2- Another feature that I liked is that with the help of this platform I can connect remotely and at the same time talk via audio or video. This is one of the most important options for me, since I can have a stable conversation with someone, while I perform any kind of process remotely, I can contact the other person who is on the computer I connect to either via video or audio. 3- I also really liked its functionality within mobile devices. Even though it is a platform that was created primarily for computers, its use within my mobile device is impressive. I can connect remotely to my computer just by having an ID number and a password. This has been quite helpful, since on some occasions I am away from my office, and I need some information that is on my computer, so I can connect remotely with my mobile phone. 4- Another thing that has been particularly good for me is the file transfer system that this platform has, since for example, if I need to remotely extract some type of document or file that I found on the computer I have connected to, I can do it instantly. The file transfer is one of the fastest I have seen on any other platform. I love the file transfer, there is no limit to the amount of files that I can transfer to my computer remotely. TeamViewer features end-to-end encryption, which is vital for ensuring the security of remote connections. In addition, auditing and logging features are useful for maintaining tight control over who accesses systems and when. The ability to establish unattended sessions on critical servers and stations allows me to run maintenance tasks outside of operating hours. Therefore, the general configuration of TeamViewer is usually one of the problems that new users of any company have. I think there should be a tutorial on how to use this remote access platform correctly. One of the aspects I like least is its relatively high resource consumption, which can slow down the system on computers with limited hardware. It's difficult to connect to remote devices when having unstable internet connectivity. TeamViewer Remote delivers great performance and I therefore lack anything to complain about.
