What I appreciate most is the intuitive interface, which is easy to use even for new team members. The ability to assign tasks, track deadlines, and communicate directly in the context of the task is very practical and improves project visibility. What is the most useful thing about Freelo? Freelo is very helpful in organizing and delegating tasks. Its main advantages are: Clear organization of tasks and projects: it allows us to create, track and manage tasks easily. Efficient communication: the ability to add comments and files directly to tasks reduces the need for external communication tools. Deadline tracking: Calendar and reminders help us meet deadlines and avoid delays. Benefits of using Freelo on a daily basis We use Freelo on a daily basis to plan and track project progress. Every morning we check for new tasks, assign them to team members and set priorities for the day. We communicate directly within tasks, which saves time and keeps information in one place. The app strives to constantly develop new improvements that help us grow. All the clients I gave access to are satisfied. They like the clear administration, nice design and intuitive operation. Cons The only thing that could be improved is the mobile app. - only one person can by set as resolver - only one account can be logged in application What don't I like about Freelo? While Freelo is a great tool, it has a few areas that could be improved: Advanced features can be more difficult to learn: Some advanced features require more time and effort to fully learn, which can be problematic for new users or less tech-savvy team members. Mobile App: The mobile app is less intuitive and sometimes slower compared to the web version. Although it allows access to core features, its user interface could be improved for a better user experience. Integrations with other tools: Although Freelo offers several integrations, some popular tools are not supported, which at times makes it difficult for information to flow smoothly between the different platforms we use. Customizing notifications: Notification customization options could be better. Sometimes we get too many notifications for less important activities, which can be distracting. Despite these shortcomings, Freelo is still a very useful tool that contributes greatly to the efficiency and organization of our work. With minor improvements it could be even better. - nothing - maybe pricing = it isn't very cheap but it is very good app = so it is okay.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Wimi has multiple tools that have facilitated our day-to-day work, with an interface that is simple to use and quite extensive to cover all our needs and objectives, the fact that it is easy to use gives us the possibility of working intuitively and not It takes too much time and effort. Prioritize task management, assignment of activities which allows us to balance work and try to keep the team in constant progress and work integration, which frames a complete line of professional progress and makes our work really have value. The follow-up of the milestones of our projects allows us to evaluate the progress and be flexible with the planning, in the search that our projects come out according to our objectives. Project planning has boosted our performance and allowed us to be more consistent with what we do. Having collaboration tools that facilitate our group work has allowed us to prioritize work bases, good communication and comprehensive work, where every detail is impeccable and in sync, the tools for sharing documents, scheduling meetings, and distributing work have been essential to achieve all this. Organization and prioritization are important aspects when it comes to Wimi's outstanding features. Wimi is really an effective tool that enhances team productivity. It's very easy to use and has great power. It offers the best project management, collaboration, reports, insights, file management, and file sharing with the team. Wimi gives rise to make a unified team in the workspace. It effectively enhances the productivity and ability of problem-solving in a team. The ease of transferring the file to other co-workers is great. Wimi helped my team to stay on the same page. The Gantt features available on Wimi improves projects visibility by viewing time against tasks on charts and graphs. Wimi is a versatile business software. It is a great tool to streamline work management and collaboration to bring effective productivity it the team. The messaging and sharing file works smoothly. Cons It does not have an optimal tool to plan events and prioritize the time to complete tasks, having this would be essential for the correct fulfillment of the times of each project. It would be ideal to have the option of creating a Gantt chart to be able to visualize all the projects in a unified way, this would give us the possibility of centralizing the data and making a complete tour of all our work. For now, we are waiting for Wimi updates, and we are open to the possibility of improving certain functions that allow us to make the platform more intuitive, open to the possibility of expanding our task management capabilities. Until now, the platform has been just what we were looking for a correct integration of the team in various work environments. Not really, everyone loved this tool. No cons. Good tool, so far no negative experienced with it. Wimi has been a perfect project management software that hardly subjects me to flaws. No cons experience. Overall I liked the Wimi software.
