Pros: We use Bordio’s workspaces as our sales representatives’ personal boards where we assign their customers in folder form.

Cons: I wish we could also change the colors of the folder icon.

Overall: As a team manager, Bordio helped me in many different ways. It’s become easier to assess our team’s process and output now, compared before where our tasks were all over the place. A systematic way of assigning clients’ profiles was what we needed from the beginning, and Bordio solved that issue for us.

Pros: Simplicity, ease of use and the fact that there are web and mobile versions, I can log in from any platform.

Cons: For my convenience, I would like a larger color palette

Overall: I really like the fact that there are mobile versions. I can log in and view all my tasks at any time, no matter where I am. It is also very easy and simple to create and track tasks. And also introduce personal tasks and all this does not intersect with workers.

Pros: I like Bordio as a planning and productivity tool.
The advantages that I would note: effective task management, calendar integration, joint planning, analytics and reporting, reminders and notifications, ease of use, mobile access.

Cons: In principle, I am satisfied with everything, the only thing I would like is more choice of colors.

Overall: Bordio is an all-in-one productivity platform.

Cons: A built camera would be a great update. It’ll make the team’s communication so much better.

Overall: It’s an all-in-one software to manage your daily task. It doesn’t have major issues like other apps that have too many features that most team do not need. It’s a pretty good tool because it is easy to use with a Google Integration to connect your meetings and events to your phone calendar. Also, Bordio has a user-friendly interface so even the oldest guy in our team can navigate through different pages easily.

Pros: Bordio’s features allow us to do our work better. It might look basic, but Bordio delivers. It provides the most efficient service for us.

Cons: We wish there’s a downloadable version of Bordio on PC.

Overall: I'd emphasize how Bordio has become an indispensable asset for our marketing team at RelaxTime. From the initial brainstorming stages to the final analysis of our campaign performance, Bordio is very helpful. We consolidate campaign data for future examples so we can know which project is giving us good numbers. For the kind of business that we do, this is a great indicator of our success and Bordio gives us the opportunity to see it more accurately.

Pros: Bordio is known for its single board view. It makes everything easier to see all our plans laid out in one board.

Cons: A customizable template of an FB post might be a good additional feature of Bordio.

Overall: It’s a necessity for marketing teams to have a very good productive tool, and we’ve tried a lot. But to be honest, some of them made it more difficult to be more organized with our content planning because of their complicated interface. So, we looked for an app that kinda look like the Google Calendar which is easy but a bit limited. Then, we found museum in different social media platforms. She handles her social media team and and marketing team. She uses Bordio for planning their content to attract more people to visit their museum. Her most used feature of Bordio is its single view board where she can plot all their content for the whole week or month.
Bordio. It’s simple as well, but its features are the most efficient for our content planning and creation.
Personally, I suggest this app to my other friends who are also in the content creation and marketing field because that’s how confident I am that Bordio works really well.

Pros: I like the ease of use, everything is easy and clear. And also the fact that there are mobile versions.

Cons: Everything suits me. The only thing I would like to add is the ability to choose the background color.

Overall: For me, everything in the application is easy and understandable. Bordio helps me record all my tasks for every day. When I open the application, I see my plan for today. I also see all my Google events in the calendar.

Pros: Bordio’s easy of use and implementation plus its number of features make it the best tool we’ve tried so far.

Cons: Automatically color changing task cards for deadlines.

Overall: It’s the easy and quick set up of schedules made us use Bordio for some time now. There’s no switching to other tabs or pages or using another tool just to get the things done. It makes our operations more efficient. Although I'd love to see task cards change color automatically as deadlines approach, but its so small compared to Bordio’s whole value.

Pros: We can maximize Bordio’s features without doing too much explanation or studying for how they work.

Cons: A built-in clock or timer would be a good add-on to Bordio.

Overall: Bordio totally saved us when we hit a major crunch time last year. Setting it up was a no-brainer – we just added our team, broke down the tasks, and started tackling them out, so easy. You don't need a manual or anything. No need for a crash course or bouncing between apps to talk like Slack. It keeps things and so simple.

Pros: We’ve tried a couple of similar softwares, but Bordio is the only one that has the most useful features. It just has the things that are important. And it is not complicated to use at all!

Cons: I wish they could integrate Spotify in Bordio because I enjoy listening to music while working.

Overall: Bordio improves our project management without overwhelming us with unnecessary features. Its ease of use together with its tools we need, make Bordio the best management software we have ever tried. Most of my employees are not tech-savvy, so we avoid using apps that have complex features. With that, Bordio really wins among the rest!

Pros: All of its features are useful and easy to understand.

Cons: Better notification sounds is the only thing I’d like to improve.

Overall: Check out Bordio if you've got a small team and need something super straightforward for keeping everything organized. It's got all the basic stuff you need, and it's really easy for everyone to get the hang of it. The only tiny thing I'd tweak is making the notification sounds a bit more fun.
I only have 5 people in my team, so Bordio is just the right tool for us. If only we didn’t have lots of clients a month, we could have use the free version since everything is already there, especially the single-board view.

Pros: Nothing fancy about their features is their selling point. It makes it even useful because everyday about Bordio is useful.

Cons: Probably, the only think I didn’t like is it doesn’t have more color options. I tend to use darker colors for my task cards.

Overall: I’m telling you Bordio is the better version of Trello. It might not have Trello’s background or color options, but it doesn’t matter because Bordio will make you more productive. I tend to think that having an app with lots of features will improve my productivity level, but it’s not the case. Usually, it become daunting to use an app that provide too many unnecessary functions. With Bordio, all your basic needs is there.. Even with the free version. Yes, free version is only limited to 10 projects, but you’ll still enjoy its single-board feature. Believe me, it’s the best one you’ll find out there, productivity-wise!

Pros: Bordio has a good amount of features, perfect for starters. And you can do everything in one single board which most PM tools lack of.

Cons: One thing is the dark mode option. It would be a great feature to have.

Overall: It’s probably the best task management tool that you will find for its level and price. I mean, you do not need those fancy, complicated features just to set a task right? For $5/month, everything become unlimited. So if you’re starting on using project management tools, you should give Bordio a try. You’ll be surprised on how you get the value for buck!

Pros: It makes it simple to organize a bunch of orders using its simple task card system that can be seen in one view.

Cons: Sometimes, I’d like to keep a task card private to show that it’s already done instead of the task cards turning gray.

Overall: As a person who likes my process to be simple and as straightforward, I would choose Bordio anytime! Bordio’s interface is clean, no fancy, uncomplicated stuff to see. Also, you can navigate to any pages you like without having to open a new tab. Every part of the screen has a function that can be minimize or hide for better and wider view. Even a 5th grader can actually understand how it works just by playing around with it. So it’s good if you have a team of all ages.

Pros: It's features are similar to a basic Google Calendar but way, way, better.

Cons: It lacks colors to be honest. I wish there were more color options just to brighten up our project spaces.

Overall: It was easy for the whole faculty to create a new program for the center with Bordio’s intuitive design. We did everything in it, from scratch to finish. It was nice that we could input all of work in Bordio and communicate within the app. All of our ideas were in one place, keeping our whole production neat and uncluttered. Although I would love to use some gifs and emojis in the message box so we can goof around when the task gets hard.

Pros: No fancy features, just useful and efficient ones.

Cons: Probably, that they do not have a table option in the notes section because I like numbers to be organized in a table.

Overall: Bordio makes simple things the simplest. Its features are all clear-cut and easy to navigate. For us, we're all about using Bordio's Kanban board with task cards to handle our daily warehouse operations. Yes, other project managers offer a Kanban view too, but Bordio keeps it simple. It's also really handy to see completed tasks remain on the board.

Pros: Compared to other task management tool, Bordio is the only that doesn’t make my eyes crossed!

Cons: I like its minimalism, but I wish there’s a brighter color scheme.

Overall: We're trying to get the word out about our business. We think the stuff that we do should be reaching to thousands of people. We picked up Bordio to get our content sorted for the month, making sure we stay active on our social media channels. The best part? Bordio is not only easy to handle but also loaded with genuinely useful features.

Pros: Minimal learning curve and useful features.

Cons: Would like to be able to insert a table in the notes sections for easier data representation.

Overall: I'm not saying It's the perfect app, but I can confidently say it's one of the best. If you’re looking for an app that will does the tracking job for you, then get Bordio. Although its interface is pretty simple, it makes your process automated. Updates and messages are real-time and you get notifications about any changes made in the task card. Also, the app version is as useful and functional as the web version.
You know why its perfect? Because it is simple yet powerful. Its a startup brand, but it deserve some recognition thats why I’m writing a review which I dont actually do.

Pros: It’s cheap compared to the value and functionality you get from it.

Cons: I don’t think they have an annual membership fee.

Overall: We’ve save so much since we used Bordio. It’s cheap but doesn’t skimp on the cool features. That’s value for money, right? We can do 10 projects at a time and doesn’t complicate our process. Trello was our before tool, but it got expensive when we tried to get the paid version. It didn’t justify the things we can do in the app, that’s why we tried to find a cheaper one. Luckily, we came across Bordio while searching for a cheap but effective project management tool. Believe me, it’s better than trello. Try it and discover it to yourself.

Pros: Bordio’s customer support is easy to reach and responsive. Based on my experience, I didn’t have to wait for a week for a reply. Also, they keep updating their features.

Cons: I hope they read this and create a table option in the notes section. That’ll be a great add on!

Overall: Since Bordio is a startup company, they’re probably quite hands-on with every aspect of it. I just hope it continues until they become known in the industry. Because I really appreciate that I can get fast responses and helpful answers whenever I have to email them. I don’t have to sit around waiting for a week to get a reply to my concern. Also, the more I use it, the more I get comfortable with it. I feel like it’s become part of my system that if I lost it, it would be hard to make it throughout the day. For a $5/month fee, Bordio is a steal. It’s worth the try. I’m telling you.
