Cons: We’ve been using Bordio for our everyday task management, but it would be better if they also have a time in and out of all added members.

Overall: Bordio’s simplicity and clarity are unmatched. Everything you need to see, from task notes and deadlines, to attached files, is right there in front of you. It takes away the complicated system of using too many pages and unnecessary mouse actions just to update a task status. It’s all about getting a quick overview of what's going down in your business at any given moment. Having a single-board view is like having a big monitor of our entire branch operations. I don’t have to watch every single repairmen in the shop to see that they’re doing their task.

Pros: Everyone can use it, even the most senior employee of your company. It’s so simple to use.

Cons: I love the messaging features of Bordio, but I would enjoy it even more if it has gifs and emoji options.

Overall: I find Bordio very helpful in monitoring our company’s tasks and prioritize. The mobile version is mostly efficient when I have to be out of the office because I can check any schedule meetings and deadlines. I can also add a new task on the go that needs to be urgently done. Communication has become better with Bordio, too, because I can reply to my team leaders’ messages instantly without going off the app. My whole company has been using Bordio for months now, and we’ve never been this organized and connected since.

Pros: It serves its function as a project management tool.

Cons: I don't really have issues with Bordio's features.

Overall: I haven't really tried other PM app with this kind of Google interaction. Let me tell you why. First, setting up an event is easy.It is like creating a task card. You can also add the people you want to attend the meeting even if they are not in Bordio. You just need their email. Then, They will receive an email with the meeting's details and respond with a decline or accept status.Their responses will be in the task card so you don't have to check your email for confirmation.
Of course, this schedule will also show up to your Google calendar. How cool is that?

Pros: You can get so much just even just for the free version. But, with the paid version, it has become a more powerful tool to do exactly what we want!

Cons: I can’t think of anything major aside from a dark mode option.

Overall: You do not have to pay full price just to experience how useful Bordio is. Its free version is more than enough to do organize a simple project. There’s nothing fancy about it, so it is easier to navigate it from the get-go. I have used different PM platforms for personal use, so I know that Bordio is the one my crew would love to use. It’s a very promising app to use.

Pros: Everything is easy to setup. Literally takes only 1-2 steps to use a feature.

Cons: A little bit of popping colors would be great because it makes me more inspired to create new creatives.

Overall: The only reason why a creator cannot put out content instantly, it’s because he doesn’t manage his content calendar effectively… and probably, hasn’t found Bordio. Bordio is just a good way to manage anyone’s tasks because of its intuitive interface. It’s so easy to learn and adapt to.

Pros: I can see everyone’s schedule at a glance, and easily filter whose timetable I want to see.

Cons: Clock in and clock out system is a nice add on to Bordio’s features.

Overall: Transparency is key to an efficient scheduling. I used to receive complaints about unfair shifts and schedule. But Bordio helped me settle this once and for all. Planning our shifts and daily operations is now something I actually enjoy. The filter function makes it easier for me to single out a member and see his availability for the week, and pop him a messaging to confirm it.
The real thing about using Bordio as management tool is it encourage better communication and transparency. Everyone on the team can see who's working when. It's all out in the open, so everyone feels there’s balance.

Pros: All of features are helpful in making our editing process better and faster.

Cons: I wish I could customized the notes features even more so it’ll suit my editing.

Overall: Bordio deserves a good review. It didn’t show up through flashy ads, it’s like a hidden gem I found in the middle of nowhere. And I’m glad I did. Leading an editing a team of 5, I wanted a space where everyone's thoughts and files could live together in one place. Google Drive used to be our go-to, but Bordio changed everything for us - docs, chats, you name it, it’s in Bordio.
The best deal about Bordio is the built in notes features and messaging box that keep my whole team connected and coordinated.

Pros: What I like about Bordio is how I can easily set estimate time for each task. It allows me to calculate everyone’s workload keeping it fair for everyone.

Cons: A time tracker could be good but maybe too much.

Overall: We leverage Bordio to maximize productivity and ensure that every team member is aware of their daily responsibilities. It stands out for its ability to set estimated times for tasks, facilitate a balanced workload, and gives clear expectations for each team member. This feature is crucial in planning and assigning work fairly across our team, eliminating any confusion about our daily tasks and their completion timeframes.

Pros: We like Bordio because of its features. We had the kanboard view and calendar view, we used it for files and links storage, it’s also our communication app.. Basically everything we needed was in Bordio.

Cons: I would like to see more color choices added.

Overall: I think Bordio’s developers wanted project management to be as easy as possible. From its interface design to its features, Bordio aims to simplify any type of work. As a matter of fact, we didn’t have any issues during the planning and launching of our new fitness project. It even made my team more engaged in making our project a success. Now, we’re looking to keeping Bordio as our main PM app for how helpful it was for us.

Pros: We can create unlimited list of projects or client pages within the app and put every information and data we need to start contacting them.

Cons: It didn’t have a default profile for prospect clients.

Overall: Bordio is simple, but comprehensive. It has the ability to incorporate all research results directly into the platform. For sales professionals, this means that everything from contact details to images and other relevant data can be stored and accessed in one place, eliminating the need to switch between different tools. That is why I was so glad we tried Bordio… for sure, we’ll continue using it.

Pros: My team can do, if not all, so many things in Bordio. My assistant can efficiently schedule my consultation meetings and send invites, while my social media manager can easily plan our contents for FB and Instagram. My favorite, I can see everything in one look.

Cons: It would be fun to have emoji icons I could send to my team. We’d love sharing funny emojis!

Overall: Bordio is my best decision for my team. We do not need those complicated softwares that make us want to do so many things that we do not really need for our team. If you’re a personal coach like me, you should give Bordio a go. Having a small team works efficiently is key to having a successful coaching business like this. So I’m not switching anytime soon.

Pros: Even with multiple projects, schedules and task cards do not get mixed up.

Cons: Can’t really say negative about it, Bordio has been helpful to the team.

Overall: We put Bordio to a test when we had our biggest production order. We’re very comfortable using Bordio for our daily operations that include small production orders. But when we had to use it for a large project, it felt the same way. The process did not become complicated at all. Amazingly, we were able to reach our daily goals because each task card indicated the deadline, information, and the people who should handled it.

Pros: Bordio has a good number of features that most teams would actually use.

Cons: I wish there’s a table option in the notes section for better visual representation of data.

Overall: I don’t see unnecessary features in Bordio. All of them are genuinely useful for most teams. The only thing I’d love to see on the next update is the table function in the notes area. But aside from that, Bordio has been a game-changer for me in leading my whole team. Delegating tasks is easier and gives clarity to my members. We’re creating content based on our schedules and everything is well-organized.

Pros: The mobile version is as good as the web version even if the screen is smaller.

Cons: The only quirk I’ve seen to Bordio is the notification options. If only they could have a vibrate + sound option, so I can easily notice if there’s an update from my team.

Overall: I’ve tried so many apps for my company in the past, but Bordio is the only one that I liked. I started using it as a personal app to keep track of the things I had to do in the office and personal schedules, but to my surprise, Bordio is more than that. It has the ability to be functional and useful even though it has a very simple interface. I can create multiple do-to lists for me or my team, give them individual tasks, and message them for each project they are doing. Above all, I can simply do all of these things using my phone, even outside the office. Bordio’s mobile version is as intuitive as the web version. Bordio’s developers really thought of what people like for their mobile apps.

Pros: I like how everything can be done in Bordio. I can easily create a profile for each lead we have with the simple notes feature included in each task card.

Cons: I wish we could put a profile picture for a potential client, so our sales reps would know how to handle their calls better.

Overall: I can attest to how effective and helpful Bordio has become to our leads management. I don’t need to exit the platform and go to another tool just to complete assigning a task to our sales reps. Everything is right there in front of me. There’s no need to switch to other pages. Also, I’ve tried other softwares to manage my team, but Bordio is the easiest and most efficient for us.

Pros: I like Bordio’s ease of implementation. All of its features are pretty straightforward. It gives me the opportunity to do my work better at the warehouse without having to try and test each function.

Cons: I would pay extra for a Spotify integration. You know, sometimes, it gets a bit boring in the warehouse.

Overall: If you’re on the hunt for a simple production management tool, I highly suggest Bordio. It doesn’t have unnecessary features, so you won’t get confused on how to use the whole software. The kanban board view of Bordio is the best one we’ve tried so far. Imagine just moving a task from the first phase of the production to the next just by dragging the task card. Literally, anyone can get the hang of it in seconds.

Pros: I can create events in Bordio, send invites even to those who do not have a Bordio account, and instantly see if they accept it or not.

Cons: I prefer brighter color options for my task events.

Overall: Bordio feels automated. With its Google Calendar integration, I can automatically send meeting invitation to our prospects. I do not have to create a customized email for them one by one which can sometimes take my time. Also, Bordio allows me to give a view of how much effort I’m putting into reaching to potential suppliers with its estimated time feature. It improves the way I work as a purchasing officer in our company.

Pros: Everyone knows what they’re doing and by when because of the simple task assignment and due date setting functionalities of Bordio. We can see everything at a glance, removing all the pressure and stress for all the members.

Cons: A pop-up morning message would be a great addition to Bordio’s feature. It could be fun.

Overall: If you are in marketing, you’d understand me. Campaign launches are the most stressful! So Bordio was our lifesaver! It stands out for its ease of use. I can efficiently assign tasks, set deadlines, and outline workdays for the whole team in one single view. Bordio also helped me see everyone’s workload and adjust each task for better output. In simple words, there’s pressure so we can focus on what we should just do. All thanks to Bordio!

Pros: I love Bordio’s tasks views especially the kanban board. My team and I can easily create a plan for our new product design just by creating the kanban board. And we can easily talk on the chat, real-time, as we view the task.

Cons: Since we’re a printable calendar business, I wish Bordio had its own create-a-design feature or like a paint tool.

Overall: I have never tried any project management software like Bordio. Its real-time messaging is really great. It’s the perfect fit for our small printing business. We can now get feedback and comments regarding the work we do in real time. It feels like our creative process has become smoother with Bordio. I just wish Bordio also had a paint tool of some sort so I could completely use it for our design work.

Pros: Bordio has enough and easy-to-understand features that allow us to brainstorm new design ideas for different projects.

Cons: Sometimes, I need like a brush tool within the notes page. It’d be great to have that, so I can easily draw the design idea or concept I have in mind.

Overall: Generally, I enjoy Bordio because it makes it easy to capture task, set priorities, and assigning tasks to individuals. In the work that we do, brainstorming is an essential part so that we stay on the same page. It’s nice that we can attach our designs to a specific task and give feedback to it. But for me, it’s Bordio’s simple and clear interface that makes me want to use it more.
