Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The APP is easy to download and once logged in is extremely easy to use and navigate. Overall a great tool to have. I am a Regional Coordinator that is responsible for 2 provinces. Due to the large geography of my region, I cannot visit all of my locations on a regular basis. FotoFinish allows me to review my locations daily to look for any deficiencies or opportunities after a cleaning report has been submitted. It gives me a general idea of how the location looks without having to be there. Being able to select different areas of the site helps to ensure all areas are cleaned on a regular basis. I like being able to view a location everyday, without actually having to travel there or be there. Easy to use, our franchisees get to use it often and no major issues have occurred with the app so far. Validation, data is in real time and stored for future reference. The program is easy to navigate and you can extract content to customize reports that meet the requirements of the user. Cons Submission of FotoFinish can sometimes be tricky due to the connectivity. If there isn't any wi-fi to connect to at the location you will probably need some data on your phone in order to submit the report. The app works great when connected to a strong wi-fi signal or data. You can save the report to the phone and send once connected to wi-fi. There is nothing that I don't like about FotoFinish. Besides pictures quality (sometimes), I cannot find any so far. It would be advantageous to have the ability to save personalized reports within the program as apposed to extracting the data.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ease of use, super easy to navigate. Invoicing and combined invoice just made our life so easy. Calculating the payouts (employee commissions)has become so easy. No more using excel sheets to do that. Instant booking , payment integrations work just seamless. Mobile App is very advanced , I love the fact that it is driven by roles and Permissions. Plus you don't have to worry about adding additional users to your your account every plan comes with unlimited users included. This has all the feature I need for my cleaning business. The best part is I can use unlimited users. Cons Need good better best options to send a quote out. So far everything is there what I need. It would be nice to have multiple estimations.
