    "Avoid at all cost. "

    Pros: Nothing-- we had to chase this company simply to get a correct license--features suck as certain keywords for removal do not work--customer service is a complete waste of time.

    Cons: Terrible--software would freeze literally every time we attempted to open it--customer service did nothing but tell us to uninstall ad then reinstall--a complete waste of time and money.

    Overall: Terrible---we chased them to finally get a licenses--the software would freeze up our computers--certain features did not work on the rare occasion that we did get it open--tech support had no sense of urgency nor care for resolving this matter.
