Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Electric continues to improve and has taken a lot of the day-to-day support tickets- employee requests and tech issues and network problems. I can actually focus on my job vs helping someone who is locked out of their email because they forgot their password the third time this month. Electric fulfills all the requirements that are required in real-time support software. The response time is really less. It has very advanced features like real-time support Electric is great and easy to use remote monitoring software to manage and control every business IT systems and assets. I liked it's remote IT security and service management. It's stable and reliable. - I can slack electric and get a response within minutes- they almost always resolve my issue within an hour. - Super easy to set up and use. Cons They're a growing company so there's sometimes hiccups in service. We had to upgrade to get phone support vs the chat-based. There are no major cons, but I would like to receive updates more frequently. It would be great if it has better alerting system. - Sometimes approvals (from my own team) take a little bit, but not really Electric's fault.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love the visibility! Everything is easy to setup and navigate. Except for 1 thing. Troubleshooting is easy when you can drill down into the specific client device and see what is happening. Packet inspection. Single pane of glass. Can see everything happening on the network. Large number of functions with add-ons. Granular management of devices on the firewall. Everything in one spot. Great interface. Easy to add devices. Easy to integrate with AD. - no touch install - %100 cloud base - wide range of appliances - right prices - Excellent Customer support - Auto VPN Cons The firewall.... OMG! If you have ever dealt with any type of firewall in your professional career you are going to battle. It's how I imagine some one would design an interface for a firewall if it was thrown in to tick a box. My 10 year old could do better. It's like trying to navigate a country's road when the sign boards don't have English and you typically drive on the left hand side of the road. How did anyone, with any type of security experience, say yeah that's good, security admins will like that!? It almost makes me wonder if the marketing department wrote the interface for the firewall. There is a lot in there so can be a little overwhelming. Reports could be a touch better. Would like the ability to create network diagrams. - somehow limited functionality - expensive swathes - licensing can be pricy
