Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are many features I loved, but the topmost feature I liked is personalized marketing. It creates head-turner and catchy marketing content that everyone loves. Drag and drop to build a custom layout. The UI/UX is very appealing in my opinion. Its report and insight give the best overview of user interest. Detailed behavioral patterns can be programmed into your automated response system. This software provides more functions than other automated email providers. Great for ecom businesses. Their good design made it easy to find the features I was looking for. For beginners and advanced marketing people. Very cost effective and sets up good automations that can be triggered when the timing is right for the consumer. Cons Overall, drip is a great tool but sometimes the email gets falls into the spam folder. Specific to email and text response for ecom business. If you provide services through website it’s better to go with a software specific to your business. The only thing I had to spend time learning was to improve my knowledge about behavioural actions. Another thing I don't like is that it's just another specialty software to add to the stack. There's nothing that I really dislike about it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the fact that Emma has a clean UI and UX that eases features navigation. Advancement in email marketing is another great aspect that I like. I like that Emma gives me the ability to send thousands of outbound emails to customers and prospects. With Emma it has been easy to improve the SEO of our brand, sending outbound emails and also managing email deliverability. Emma is very easy to use and well-organised marketing tool. Dynamic personalized email for the unique subscriber. Reports are detailed and useful. Customization and different designs available for email templates. Cons Apart from high pricing, i don't have anything else that I dislike about Emma. It is highly expensive to obtain some of the paid tools available on Emma. I do not like how the vendor charges a lot for the paid version. Email few minutes delay is common in Emma marketing tool.
