Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are many features I loved, but the topmost feature I liked is personalized marketing. It creates head-turner and catchy marketing content that everyone loves. Drag and drop to build a custom layout. The UI/UX is very appealing in my opinion. Its report and insight give the best overview of user interest. Detailed behavioral patterns can be programmed into your automated response system. This software provides more functions than other automated email providers. Great for ecom businesses. Their good design made it easy to find the features I was looking for. For beginners and advanced marketing people. Very cost effective and sets up good automations that can be triggered when the timing is right for the consumer. Cons Overall, drip is a great tool but sometimes the email gets falls into the spam folder. Specific to email and text response for ecom business. If you provide services through website it’s better to go with a software specific to your business. The only thing I had to spend time learning was to improve my knowledge about behavioural actions. Another thing I don't like is that it's just another specialty software to add to the stack. There's nothing that I really dislike about it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Pricing is the best in the market. I am not an expert in email marketing, but the analytics are perfect for me. It is easy to use and set up. The template editor is excellent. Cheap pricing and works well. - It works pretty well even in the free version. - It is simple to use. - The reports provided are simple to understand. - The emails look professional. I love it. - I can see how many subscribers opened my emails and how often the links are used. I started using EmailOctopus to send email to my SaaS customers. It is super user friendly. I have never user one of these email marketing services before and even so I could setup my first campaign in a little time. The templates are just perfect. It is tottaly professional. Everything that you need to use it is easily find in the website. - Free features that are paid in other competitors - Good for Small business - If you need to scale, the price is really good compared to other options - Excellent customer support. I just use the free version and as a newbie, - I had a setup problem my email in the WebHost. The support helps me in a few minutes. Everything is free. It was a real person in the support. I found EmailOctopus when looking for a cheaper alternative to Mailchimp. For now what I need is free, and if I do need to upgrade later it will be less than 1/2 what Mailchimp is. It is very user friendly, I have had no problem importing contacts and setting up/ sending emails, even though I have never used one of these email services before. I love how professional my emails look! I have also been able to easily find answers to all the questions I have had on their site. I love that I can look and see how many of my emails have been opened and how often the links are being used. Cons I do not have any cons yet. It is working perfectly for me. The interface when you are setting up your email could be better. But it is ok to use. No cons till now. Everything works correctly and It has been easy to use. There are just a few email templates available in the free version. No cons so far, everything has been easy and looks amazing.
