The agent can be deployed on various platforms (Windows, Linux, Raspberry Pi, NAS devices), and its plug-and-play nature means minimal configuration is required. 2. Clean UI: The user interface is modern, uncluttered, and responsive. Navigation is straightforward, with well-labeled menus and real-time dashboards. Devices are auto-discovered and categorized neatly, making it easy to locate and manage endpoints. 3. Mobile Access: Domotz's mobile app (iOS and Android) mirrors the web interface’s usability. You can perform essential tasks like rebooting devices, checking performance, or receiving alerts from anywhere, making remote management seamless. Thanks again Domotz! As an MSP we utilize Domotz to discover and monitor customer infrastructure. Domotz has made it so easy to do this for us. We have a quick deployment that saves us and our customers cost, while providing integration for alerts, ticketing, and monitoring tools. They value their partners and are always willing to engage. We monitor Meraki and Unifi networks, switches, firewalls, access points, integrating these monitors into tickets in Autotask. The simplest implementation I've seen. User-friendly and intuitive interface. Excellent functionality for network monitoring and control. The best support I've worked with Domotz helps me to instantly identify when a new device has joined my network. Equally importantly, it notifies me if an existing device drops off, which helps me identify potential network issues. Cons There are some simple features that should be implemented already , such as devices grouped by or TAG According the customer service these features will be deployed in September I wish I started using this product sooner in my workplace. When we had setup issues, the team was able to connect with us and resolve any issues. All is fine. I can't even minimally note anything. Multiple NIC devices like NAS units are a bit more challenging to configure. But otherwise, it is simple!
