About

Qubit is an AI-assisted to-do list for founders, small teams, agencies, freelancers, and consultants who manage client work. It uses work context to surface commitments and follow-ups as tasks, while letting users review each task's source, add or edit tasks, set dates and reminders, and mark work complete. On Mac, Qubit reads on-screen text with macOS permissions and can capture meeting audio on the computer without joining the call as a bot. The browser app can connect Google, Microsoft Outlook, and Slack accounts, and uses a meeting notetaker bot. Mac and web handle work data differently: the Mac app keeps work memory in an encrypted local store, while the web app stores connected work data on Qubit's servers. New web accounts require an invitation. Paid plans cover Mac and web, with monthly or annual billing and up to 20 meetings per month.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • You can add tasks, organize them by subject, and sync with your Evernote account. There's a calendar view and you can have task reminders sent to your email. For privacy, you can also set a passcode, which is a nice addition.

Cons

  • This app is glitchy. I have trouble signing in frequently and it just seems to generally struggle to work at all. I don't know what's wrong with it. It's really unstable for some reason. The way it advertising you can sync it with Evernote before you've even logged in kept making me think I was getting an ad every time I went to log into my account.
