About Done

Done is a web-based to-do list and task management app for individuals and teams who coordinate work with AI assistants. Users capture tasks in plain language, organize them with projects and tags, and manage recurring work, due dates, subtasks, and dependencies. Tasks can be assigned to compatible AI agents through Done’s MCP connection; agents can post plans, progress, and results to a task, while approval controls keep work from being marked complete without user review. Done also supports task capture and updates through Slack, Google Calendar syncing, and connected apps that provide task context. It is available in a browser and as apps for iPhone, iPad, Android, and Apple-silicon Mac. A free tier includes 100 monthly agent calls; Pro and Teams add unlimited calls and shared team workspaces.
