Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros To be honest nothing to like and forced to use it since my company use it. For personal business i use lark which have better interface, Instant message. Ding message. Video conf. Document collaboration. Easy to use for individual, and has a widely used mPASS platform for B2B service. Cons -Weird UI flow -Half baked translation -The operation and to things not consistent. -Their so called AI translation so broken that the template you download can only be use for original language. Etc their english translation broken so you download the Chinese template but when you upload it wont because DingTalk in english so you need to DingTalk language to Chinese then only uploaded template will work then you need to change back DingTalk language to English. Too much control of staff status, like read or unread messages/tasks/documents.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Super secured app with end-to-end encryption, that even Wickr can't see my data. Because of the security, illegal folks started to abuse it. Now Amazon has put curb on the abuse and promoting as an enterprise grade product with AWS Support. Wickr is an excellent way to get end to end encryption for communicating safely with business associates without worry of your conversations getting intercepted. It's the best internal (inbound) communication tool for SMBs to collaboratively work and communicate using the unified software. The feature I'm using the most is its file transfer and video call. It helped me to stay connected while working remotely. Wickr makes team communication more professional than other tools we tried. It helped every employee to stay on the same page for team collaboration. The file transfer, screen share and instant messaging works great. Wickr application offers multi-platform support. It allows us to communicate and share files with project teams. The video calling quality is clean and works great on bad connections. Instant messaging and voice calling option. Cons Few integrations - I guess it will grow, now Amazon owns it. Linking with associates can be cumbersome and retrieving past conversations is purposely impossible. Quality of video conferencing is slightly on the lower side Nothing so far we enjoyed Wickr software features. It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.
