Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros To be honest nothing to like and forced to use it since my company use it. For personal business i use lark which have better interface, Instant message. Ding message. Video conf. Document collaboration. Easy to use for individual, and has a widely used mPASS platform for B2B service. Cons -Weird UI flow -Half baked translation -The operation and to things not consistent. -Their so called AI translation so broken that the template you download can only be use for original language. Etc their english translation broken so you download the Chinese template but when you upload it wont because DingTalk in english so you need to DingTalk language to Chinese then only uploaded template will work then you need to change back DingTalk language to English. Too much control of staff status, like read or unread messages/tasks/documents.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I was pretty impressed with all that Lark has to offer. It has a great interface that's easily navigable. The chat interface is pretty cool , with features to reply to chosen messages, and also allows you to 'tick off' conversations that are over. It also has a built-in document sharer to share all sorts of files with your group, complete with comments and private drives. The video calling facility works great even on slow networks. Custom emoji reactions to chats are another feature I love. Lark available on cross-platform. It gives you the best group communication experience. You can do chat, video conferencing, share docs and drive access. From a single platform. Cons I haven't had any major cons for Lark. But the chat interface on video conferences is pretty small, which makes it difficult to navigate through the messages. I'm pretty impressed with Lark app platform. No cons.
