		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I'm new to payroll and to isolved and the learn and grow courses were extremely helpful. I especially liked that they had hands on learning at the end of most videos/courses. What I like most about isolved is the all-in-one platform that combines payroll, HR, benefits, and workforce management in a single solution. It helps streamline processes, improve efficiency, and provides a user-friendly experience for both administrators and employees. I also appreciate the ongoing product enhancements and the support available when assistance is needed. Easy to use, clean look. lots of functionality that our clients can learn and use. They are always updating and adding things too. So far, my experience with isolved has been positive. The platform has been easy to navigate, and the training and onboarding tools have helped me get up to speed in my new role. I appreciate having everything organized in one place. The software is extremely user friendly. Learn and grow also allows you to learn new skills that you may need to become proficient in isolved. Cons Have not run into any cons so far. The only suggestion I have is to add the ability to title client notes so we don't have to click into each one to see what it contains. Overall, I have had a positive experience. If I had to identify an area for improvement, it would be continued enhancements to reporting capabilities and system navigation to make certain tasks more intuitive and efficient. Some glitches that don't get fixed quick, certain restrictions on abilities within the system As a new user, there is a learning curve when first navigating all of the different features and modules. Some areas could benefit from additional walkthroughs or guidance for first-time users. I do not have any specific cons that I have found yet.
