About

CrossCX is a customer experience quality platform for brands with in-house customer service. Listener QM automates quality monitoring of calls, chats and emails with scorecards, evaluations of human advisors and AI agents, AI-assisted debriefing, alerts and corrective action plans. Cross-Mining speech analytics provides transcription in more than 30 languages, automatic tagging, sentiment analysis throughout calls, and theme analysis across conversations. CRM Dataviz, built on Tableau, and Voice of Customer are also part of the platform. An MCP server lets AI assistants query your data. The interface is available in five languages, and CrossCX integrates with existing contact center and CRM systems.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • The omnichannel feature is really good, you can build an omnichannel contact center that supports multiple customer communication channels, such as voice, chat, SMS, and email. This enables you to deliver consistent customer experience across channels and provides customers with the ability to contact customer service from any device.

Cons

  • I think the cost might be an issue for some businesses, as its more expensive than other contact center solutions, which may make it cost-prohibitive for some businesses. Additionally, businesses may incur additional costs for other additions.
