Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Best Aspects of CrewTracks: The ability to customize some spreadsheets and areas within the software to work for our company. Problems solved by CrewTracks: Employee tracking has greatly improved. We have saved so much time just in verifying and approving timecards. It is also saving time processing payroll, as well. We are looking forward to integrating with our new accounting software, Foundation in the next couple of months. Organized, user friendly, tracks everything you could ask for. The calendar takes some time to get used to, and could be improved, but for what it is and what we use it for, it manages to keep our crews informed of upcoming work, lets them keep track of jobs done, and allows us to kick back a job to them that is unsatisfactory. Tracks time sheets and imports into our payroll system Tracks Job Costing Tracks and documents any injuries at the job sites Safety tool talk documents can be signed on site by all workers and submitted for record keeping Tracks our driver so we know how far along he is with his schedule and so much more... Makes me wonder how we got everything done before we got Crewtracks almost 2 years ago. Cons The scheduling portion of the app needs work, but I'm told they are working on it currently and should be greatly improved soon. None, CrewTracks does everything we need it to, and we're happy with it. Teaching electricians how to work an app on a smart device. It took a few weeks to get our (non-tech savvy) guys how to figure it out. But they learned and we are ALL GOOD!!	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The pre-purchase process was successful, the product was well-sold, and I even bought the training course associated with it, which should normally be included. Cons The software is impossible to use despite having purchased it. I've never been able to complete a single project with it: the interface is complex, there's no effective support, and no solutions have been offered despite my requests. I reported my inability to use the software from the outset, but support refused any refund and continues to demand payment for a new subscription even though the service has never been usable. A formal notice has been sent, and a complaint has been filed with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control). I'm sharing this review to inform professionals before they purchase.
