Groundflag is cloud construction management software for U.S. remodelers, specialty trades, general contractors, and home builders. It brings jobs, estimates, online approvals, invoices and payments, time tracking, a client portal, schedules, daily logs, photos, and documents into one browser-based workspace. Teams can build Gantt schedules with dependencies, record daily work by voice, track budgets and job costs by cost code, and manage change orders. Clients can review project information and approve proposals or change orders online. AI drafts daily-log text for a foreman to review and sign. The interface is available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, so field and office staff can work in their preferred language. Groundflag runs in desktop and mobile browsers; native mobile apps are not yet available.
