The Today screen provides a quick graphical view of what’s going on in the system at any point during the current day or historically for any date range selected. CommsOffice Express has 140 standard reports that provide a wealth of information allowing users to report by site, department, extension, trunk, DID/DDI, account code or even search for how many times a specific telephone number has called in or been dialed out.
