	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It is easy to use and the recordings were eye-opening! We would show recordings of users struggling with certain aspect of our large site to committee members, and everyone was amazed. We use those results to not only implement need change, but visual proof to justify those changes. Hotjar has an easy to use interface and simple integration with other apps. The ability to gather feedbacks and surveys. The heatmaps and recordings are user-friendly, meaning that everyone can understand what they're seeing without advanced training. The feedback and survey tools are extremely reliable and feature-rich too. Implementation is super-easy. Hotjar provides an easy way to see the views and interaction your website are getting. Even with being a "numbers person" I still enjoy this platform and how it makes it so easy to view the data provided. It helps my team and I understand what things need to stay the same on our website and what changes need to be made. Hotjar offers best of the class visual analytics through heat map. it is a great tool to study the user behaviour of your visitors and helps in deciding and placing the call to action buttons on the most interacted section of the page. The integration part is very easy for most of the website and one bonus with it- doesn't affect the page loading time. Cons None that I can think of - it has done so much for us in a short time. Reports are helpful but required more option for customization It would be great to see the data in real time, perhaps even for recordings. The tool satisfies our needs to full extent nonetheless. So far I haven't found any cons, but I am newer to the platform. It is one of the best and easy to use virtual analytics. No Cons.
