QAI (Quantum Asset Intelligence) is a CMMS and inspection management platform built for small to mid-sized maintenance teams.
Core features include digital inspection checklists with AI-powered generation, work order management with real-time status tracking, asset tracking using QR and NFC scanning, preventive maintenance scheduling with automated reminders, and compliance documentation.
The platform works offline on mobile — inspections, photos, and data sync automatically when connectivity returns. This makes it
practical for field crews working on construction sites, in basements, or at remote facilities.
Additional capabilities include GPS asset tracking, parts inventory management, custom fields and workflows, digital signatures, instant messaging between team members, and analytics dashboards.
