Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - It is simple to use. - You can use templates provided by it. - I use it for straight forward forms. I like many things about Checkbox Survey. First, this software is affordable yet there are many survey features unlike what one would expect with a cheap tool. There are tens of templates which makes creating and running surveys easy. I like that understanding the many features is easy. When the participants are huge and the data after the survey is also huge, to get a better analysis of data, and handling a huge number of people Checkbox Survey is the best. Checkbox Survey makes research more accurate, and it attracts different opinions from various persons. Again, Checkbox Survey directs the interests of persons to the management instantly. It has many options to customize a form according to your needs, and You can have detailed features for any particular type of section or question. It supports multiple languages, and it can be shared globally. Results are well precise and accurate for better analysis. Cons There are better option available in market for lesser amount. With the many benefits of Checkbox Survey, I have not had any issues and I can only praise this software. Price could be more pocket friendly and many other plans should be introduced. Checkbox Survey is online based, which is a great thing, but the developer should creates a premise based tool for individuals away from web connection. The only thing I don't like about it is the price it is too much expensive. There is nothing else to complain about.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It comes with IBM-powered AI Watson Sentiment Analysis that analyzes feedback and turns it into qualitative data. It makes it easy for us to assess verbatim feedback. Plus, it has a variety of survey templates which makes it easy for us to just pick one survey, customize it, and publish on our website. Qualaroo's freeform text answer options allow our customers to express themselves without restraint, this is much needed for our business to improve our services. Qualaroo is definitely better than its competitors in terms of how quickly you can set it up on your website and it doesn't affect your website speed also. Its AI-powered analytics and reports are really helpful. Its geo and event targeting feature let you collect feedback from the right people at the right time. Qualaroo is a customer and user feedback software that lets you collect valuable feedback from users and website visitors in real-time. Their IBM Watson feature is just amazing because it enables you to analyze collected feedback automatically. It is pretty handy while evaluating lengthy feedback as well as comments by making sense of them. Simple to set up and launch. No code. Just a point-and-click dashboard. We use Salesforce, and Qualaroo integrated right away with it. The surveys felt like a part of our system, branded with our logo and colors. Cons They should include a little more features in the free trial version. I have nothing more to say, just filling the space right now. As we dived deeper into exploring the software, there were so many features to choose from many more customization options that it seemed overwhelming for a brief period of time, but the basic templates are easy to understand and we have been using them since then. User sentiments analysis reports can be better and detailed. A deeper analysis of user sentiments will definitely help businesses to convert more. The design section and features have to be updated, especially reporting. Qualaroo could do with more survey templates. We saw about a dozen or so, but many were only slightly different variations of the same theme. The results of our surveys were categorized into only broad sentiments like joy or fear or anger. It seemed too basic for such advanced tech. We wanted some of our surveys to end if the user responded in a certain way. Took us a while to figure out the logic branching, but that may just be us.
