SurveyOL

Pros: I can use it to create surveys, forms, and even invitations. The website is clean, professional, and easy to use.

Cons: I am not sure. I would like to have more time to explore their features.

Overall: I would recommend to give this software a try. The free trial has many cool features such as sending your forms via text messages. They also offer a free version with limited features.

Pros: Customer service is prompt, efficient and also willing to take a novice through the learning curve. I find the customer service excellent, even showing me ways to work in Excel to get the results I need. Based on customer service alone I would highly recommend SurveyOL to anyone looking for a survey platform.
It is extremely easy to use to establish and survey, post or email it - very intuitive.
Very willing to listen to customer feedback on enhancements and work them into update releases. I have found that the development team is regularly looking at ways to improve their customers' experience.

Cons: Initially I found it difficult to run a print copy of the survey but this has since been resolved.
There is not yet a method to sort the logic listing in either page or question order. Currently it appears in the entry order which if you have to go back and look at a logic statement can be time consuming.
Would like a way to preview a page that you are working on as opposed to having to run through the survey until you get to that question. It is the same if you want to check how logic is working in a question you have have to preview the entire survey up to the point you arrive at the question.

Overall: I love this software. The ease of use and the excellent customer are above par. Currently I am using the software daily to establish and test surveys being used to poll membership in a National Dog Club; the results being used to help formulate policy and procedures. I had used free trials of other survey platforms but found SurveyOL met my needs better than the others.
The design aspect of the survey from SurveyOL are ever expanding which allows me to vary the backgrounds, colors and fonts of surveys, going to the same membership list, which maintains respondent interest.
I would highly recommend this survey platform to anyone.

Pros: I was asked by management to quickly create and send a satisfaction survey to our customer base. SurveyOL made the task incredibly easy and the survey was sent--with management's blessing--within 24 hours. The subsequent response have been beneficial to my company and I'm now the "go to" person for marketing surveys!

Cons: None that I could find. I had no issues with the website.

Overall: Every aspect of the survey process was incredibly easy and accommodating to my skillset The final reports generated by SurveyOL, in particular, helped me put together a professional presentation that was appreciated by everyone in upper management. I will turn to this website on all future research projects.

Pros: I like the custom email invitation feature. This allows me to insert my client's first name, last name and custom fields into my invitation email template. This makes it easy to distribute my surveys.

Cons: This website offers a 7-day free trial, but it doesn't seem to offer "free forever" plans.

Overall: This website is relatively new in the market but offers most key features and its customer service is responsive and helpful. Overall, it meets my requirements.
