Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. SurveyLab can be easily integrated with third-party application for more features. 2. The surveys created on Survey Lab are intuitive and fun to attempt by the user. 3. The creation of surveys does not take a lot of time. 4. The user interface is user-friendly. It can be share over any social media. It has the most responsive interface. It let you make forms from templates and sample designs. I have been making forms for getting feedback. You will get accurate data from it. The sample forms gets updated regularly. Data accuracy is very high. Everything can be monitored while form is active. It has very precise colour scheme. I have used a lot of platforms to make feedbacks but my finest experience was with this platform. You get all the necessary tools at one place. It has templates to help you. You can send it to anyone. I have been using it to take feedbacks, it helps me know what are the things my coworker wants and what are changes I need to make in the working environment. It is easy and very handy. Tools are really helpful. Cons 1. Honestly, I haven't found any con of this software in my usage, it does what it claims. No cons as per say but it could have more user friendly dashboard. It is new in the market. It doesn't have trial version. I am using it since last year and I have not felt any major issues with it. Not that famous and needs a few modifications in the user-interface. Price is nice but should involve more things.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I can use it to create surveys, forms, and even invitations. The website is clean, professional, and easy to use. Customer service is prompt, efficient and also willing to take a novice through the learning curve. I find the customer service excellent, even showing me ways to work in Excel to get the results I need. Based on customer service alone I would highly recommend SurveyOL to anyone looking for a survey platform. It is extremely easy to use to establish and survey, post or email it - very intuitive. Very willing to listen to customer feedback on enhancements and work them into update releases. I have found that the development team is regularly looking at ways to improve their customers' experience. I was asked by management to quickly create and send a satisfaction survey to our customer base. SurveyOL made the task incredibly easy and the survey was sent--with management's blessing--within 24 hours. The subsequent response have been beneficial to my company and I'm now the "go to" person for marketing surveys! I like the custom email invitation feature. This allows me to insert my client's first name, last name and custom fields into my invitation email template. This makes it easy to distribute my surveys. Cons I am not sure. I would like to have more time to explore their features. Initially I found it difficult to run a print copy of the survey but this has since been resolved. There is not yet a method to sort the logic listing in either page or question order. Currently it appears in the entry order which if you have to go back and look at a logic statement can be time consuming. Would like a way to preview a page that you are working on as opposed to having to run through the survey until you get to that question. It is the same if you want to check how logic is working in a question you have have to preview the entire survey up to the point you arrive at the question. None that I could find. I had no issues with the website. This website offers a 7-day free trial, but it doesn't seem to offer "free forever" plans.
