	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros A 1-800 number for 99c is a good deal. Great way to lure in customers, and the inbound call forwarding (mostly) worked well. Good for small business. Cons The interface was subpar, and the fax feature broke and was never fixed. Customer service can take several days to respond.
