The customer service team was especially helpful in getting us up and running. Really like mobile capabilities for our technicians in the field. BuildOps provides great customer support to help customers run their business more efficiently. The platform offers a variety of functions to help streamline operations and increase productivity. I’ve used other construction management software in the past, but BuildOps has been the easiest to use by far. Their customer service team is always available to help with any issues you may have, which is great. It’s obvious that they really care about their clients and providing them with the best tools possible. BuildOps has been an invaluable asset to my business, allowing me to present a professional image to my clients. As a one-man operation, I am always looking for effective and efficient ways to manage my workload. BuildOps has been integral in this, automating tasks that would have taken me much longer to complete. My customers appreciate the automated reminders and notifications, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and that communication between us remains clear. This product provides excellent MEP functionality, although it may be a bit expensive for small companies in the field. From time to time, all platforms require some form of adjustment and BuildOps is no different. With their suite of apps and integrations, the team at BuildOps provides customers with the best possible experience. Their customer support team is always available to help with any issue, no matter how small. They strive to ensure that all customers feel heard and appreciated. It's too early to make a definitive statement, but in the few months that we've been using BuildOps, we've been really pleased. I have a small business, and BuildOps has been perfect for my needs. It performs exactly as I require, i heard that larger businesses may not get the full range of features they're looking for.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The UI is fantastic and easy to use. This can be used as a standalone solution for a small business. Customer support is top notch. Lots of features. After switching to Jobber, I found I had my evenings free instead of having to go back and create quotes etc. the app and desktop versions are great for tracking everything and tie into quick books. I can schedule and assign / track jobs all through the software. Communications stay independent from my personal emails etc. customers always comment of fast and professional the online hub is to use. They can access the info on their own time and and we set up auto reminders and templates so everything is ready to go. Taking payment on site has also been great through credit card. We love that our customers have a client hub feature where they can access everything from quotes, invoices, have the ability to request additional work, and track everything real time. Jobber is very easy to use for the beginner. The mobile app gives the user the freedom to quote and invoice right away. I've found that quoting a job quickly while on the job-site sometimes leads to landing a job over the competition that may take a few days to get quotes submitted. Jobber also gets you paid faster via Jobber payments! 1. Simplicity of Use - The easiest CRM that I tested on the market. Our team loves it. 2. Customer Service - World class customer support with the chat feature. 3. Jobber Payments - Makes collecting $$ super easy. Cons Integration with QuickBooks Online is not seamless, or 2 way. You have to manually sync to QB and adjust invoice numbers. That was a deal breaker for us. Obvious learning curve in the beginning to sit down and set everything up but customer service is available. I wish there was more online storage through Jobber so I could attach more pics and video from every quote so I could reference it when I do the job weeks later. I’d like to keep it all online independent from my own phone storage etc. With a lot of great features, Jobber was difficult to navigate in the beginning. Their success team helped us every step of the way! There aren't any cons that I can think of right now. I wish I had started using Jobber in 2017 when I first found out about it. That's all. Reporting could be better as your business grows (Average job size, sales ratio, charge rates for crews etc.)
