	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1) The simplicity of Ontario Reports as well as the accuracy. 2) The finished reports feature and how much it can be specifically customized to your needs. 3) The automation feature 4) The very quick response times when needing support Easy of use of viewing databases and exporting reports. Much easier viewing database as an end user. BridgeWorks offers a versatile, user-friendly data-mining program that ensures our clients’ reporting needs are met. From data grids to finished reports, BridgeWorks allows us to provide analytics that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our workflows. The ability to create interactive dashboards and production monitoring tools are invaluable resources to our management team, and the auto-scheduling feature allows for effortless report execution in various file formats, with multiple delivery options. Reports are easy to create and customize, and BridgeWorks offers comprehensive online training materials that allow users to learn at their own pace. BridgeWorks also offers support to its customers with fast turnaround time. BridgeWorks has earned our company a reputation of providing thorough and accurate analytics, which enhances our client relationships and continues to help generate new business. Cons If enabling auto scheduler from within Ontario Reports was able to always be enabled regardless of if the program was running or not or if the user chose to turn it on. I wish there was a way to always have it enabled unless manually turned off by the user. There may be a way to do this too, but I am just not aware of it. Other than that, I do not have any cons! Can be a little tricky to setup. but once it's setup its all good. Any reporting limitations we face are typically inherent to the programs from which data is mined. BridgeWorks has, however, offered solutions to the constraints of these programs through features such as the view-on-view builder that allows us to join data in ways we never could before. BridgeWorks also introduced Insights that gave us the ability to compare historical data without having to save endless reports to our own devices. I am a long-term customer of BridgeWorks, and with every challenge I’ve ever faced, BridgeWorks has helped to overcome it.
