Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We searched the main database first because we expected to find our audience there. The results were pretty thin for the specific group we were after. Instead of forcing a poor fit we moved to a BeSpoke build and gave them the audience requirements. The finished list was built around that specific audience and was much closer to what we actually needed. We asked them to track our former champions and identify where they moved. The finished list came back with the new company details and updated roles. Our CS team could take it from there without spending time searching LinkedIn or building our own tracking process. We had an existing B2B contact file with missing and outdated details. Instead of giving us another tool to operate, BookYourData worked on the file for us. We sent the data over and received an enriched version back with the missing information filled in. That saved our team from doing the research ourselves. Building our own data solution sounded good at first, but BookYourData made that unnecessary. The API was easy to work with and gave us what we needed without a long development cycle. Instead of spending months building and maintaining something in house, we were able to move straight to using the data. We first tried filling the missing titles ourselves in our Salesforce export. It quickly became clear that doing it manually was taking too much time. We sent the file to BookYourData and got the missing job titles added to the records. The final list was much easier for our sales team to use. Cons The self serve search was not enough for our particular audience. Having the BeSpoke option made that less of an issue for us. Nothing major from our side. The delivered list was useful and easy to work with. A few records of minor businesses needed bit of updation. Overall result was good in all aspects. Nothing significant so far. It has been reliable for our workflow while remaining budget friendly. Nothing significant on the downside. A few records still needed a quick review, but nothing major.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The biggest positive impact we experienced after implementing ZoomInfo SalesOS is the lead conversion rate. It helped to bring leads and gave the easiest way to approach and make them customers. Works great for small and mid-size businesses. Cons There is some learning curve on this platform. No other negative.
