Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There was nothing that was a Pro about this product. They advertise it to be easy to use but it is not usable. Super simple to use. Has everything I need from campaign builder, data management, email marketing, sms, video, voicemail, auto-dialer, and more. Cons Service takes 6-8+ weeks to activate a number and they charge you full price entire time you can't use the service and refuse to refund you once you find out. Customer service quality is disgusting. Wish there was a more robust CRM aspect of it, but their message is "we are not a CRM" which they are not and I am glad they are not. It is a very easy to use tool.
