	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I've recently resumed using the EnableX Communication API after a few months, and I can confidently say it has become an essential part of my work in the healthcare sector. The API's utility in streamlining communication processes has made my job significantly easier and more efficient. Effective communication is crucial in healthcare. Enablex API has excelled in providing secure and reliable video communication solutions, which have greatly benefited our patient consultations. The API's seamless integration into our existing systems ensures that patient interactions are not only smooth but also highly professional. I recently added EnableX's Video API to our app, and I'm really impressed. The process of adding it was super easy because the instructions were really clear and easy to follow. EnableX has a bunch of great features, like basic video calls and fancier stuff like sharing your screen or recording videos. Adding these features has made our app way better. It's been super reliable too - hardly any times when it's not working, and the video quality is always great. Even when lots of people are using it at once, it still works smoothly. Whenever I've had questions or problems, their support team has been quick to help out, and the documentation they provide has been really useful. A very easy and simple to use the API. EnableX helped us in implementing cordova plugin for both ios and android. Integrated EnableX in Web and Apps both. The process of integration was easy. Technical support was also provided. Lot of Features, Easily customizable, Nice technical Support, very good documentation covering all implementation of features. Cons The EnableX communication API has been a valuable tool for enhancing healthcare communication. However, setting it up can be challenging without technical expertise. It also offers fewer customization options compared to some alternatives. Despite these considerations, it provides secure and reliable video communication solutions that have significantly improved patient consultations in our healthcare practice. Usually, the video works fine, but sometimes there are issues where the audio and video don't match up perfectly. Initially we had an issue using web based api in terms of video quality and user interface, later on EnableX provided Cordova plugin which helped in resolving this. Had faced different issues on different devices after integration in apps. Recording files need to be customizable, which is missing
