Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I really like the level of customer support we get from Attentive, they're always offering us new journeys, and ideas to increase our conversion. The platform is super easy to use and we are able to easily schedule sign up unit switches and messages ourselves. Can't say enough good things about Attentive. Not only is their team easy to work with and responsive, but they make the platform very easy to use. Attentive has been fantastic to work with. They're always pushing the envelope with features and delivering new ways to drive revenue. The platform is already robust but they are constantly developing new capabilities. And the best part is the team goes beyond standard level support, by actually helping you strategize and implement and sometimes even building out entire flows for you. Could not be happier with the experience. I love how responsive and helpful everyone at Attentive is. We've been working with them for 3+ years, and they always come to the table with new features and ideas to work through. I was able to hit the ground day 1 with this software. There are so many capabilities like segmentation, a/b testing, creating web pop-ups... and they make it easy enough for us to do all on our own! However, the support staff is incredibly efficient and kind if I do need help. Cons If there was one con, I would say that the reporting could be a little more robust. Sometimes I have to pull reports from two different places to try and analyze data better. Gets expensive if you want to add emojis to texts. It's a tad bit on the pricier side but its a premium product that is definitely worth it. Occasionally there's a few bugs, but that's to be expected! The reporting features are a bit clunky, but overall there hasn't been data I wasn't able to pull with a little help from my account rep.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros After researching many email programs for our company, I settled on Big Mailer. They have all the core features, the interface is simple to understand, connects well to our backend, and their support is great. Service - Lilia Ease of use Functions Storage The way I upload my list. The way I can edit each email. The ALT text. All of it. Here’s a clean, grammatically correct version while keeping the same style: Delivery can’t be beaten Pricing is the best Approval is based on common sense they work with you to make sure your account is running effectively, delivering emails properly, and improving your reputation Amazon SES integration is very helpful for keeping delivery costs low. The API documentation is clear and I was able to programmatically send my daily newsletter using BigMailer without any issues. Excellent company with a great customer service! Every mail arrive on the inbox always! Lilia and Chris have a fast response of all my doubts. Cons N/A - it meets all our companies needs. Nothing is missing. There are no cons. No cons at all. The best of the best. It’s not as mainstream as some other mailers, so you don’t always see ready-made integrations built for it just because those platforms are so called popular. This isn’t a drawback of BigMailer- it really doesn’t matter, because they provide APIs, webhooks, and forms, so you’re not missing anything. And with AI, you don’t even need to be technical to create your own integrations with any application. The free plan limit should allow for sending more emails =) None for me at the moment. Everything work great with amazon SES.
