	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the fact that I can customize the email settings. Booking an appointment is very easy. They have a service of automated emails and reminders. The feature is absolutely handy. The soap notes are fantastic, and customer intakes are very easy. Online scheduling is a plus with email/text reminders (essential in today's busy world). Online registration/intake forms and customizable SOAP notes. Integrated payment solution and reporting Cons With new updates site speed slows massively. Updates to the software do not always handle users' timezones sensitively. Understanding how to operate this product is quite difficult but you can get hold of it soon. I would have liked a bit more customization on the SOAP notes, particularly to take out parts that I didn't like/didn't fit how I wanted to document, but I'm resistant to change.
