	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There's a native mobile app for both iOS and android devices. Me and my team (office and techs) love that it syncs all our submissions and changes on all devices. Its cloud-based so it makes sense why it works so well. Features are great. Amazing customer service and support. They provided my team multiple live training sessions when we first started. Very professional company! The mobile app is second to none. The most important thing when researching inspection software was (1) could I create and customize the compliance forms and (2) was there a fast mobile app with offline capability. And Joyfill had both! Plus I like that I can send reports to the right people and places straight from my phone. Super nice! Cons My expectations were high and met. I'm happy with everything. So far so good. Coming from using paper and pdfs forms, I really don't have any complaints. So far I love everything.
